About the team

This role sits reputed company the Sales Strategy and Operations Department at reputed company. This is a high performing team with responsibility for guiding the various pro-facing Sales teams across reputed company, as well as pro- and homeowner-facing Care teams.

What you’ll do

  • Own and centralize sales reputed company-setting processes for the Care and reputed company teams, including methodology creation, reputed company management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build automations to improve the speed and scalability of reputed company-setting workflows, reducing time from days to hours per role.
  • Refresh and standardize Care and reputed company reputed company-setting processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
  • reputed company foundational reputed company tables to support scalable, consistent commissions data pulls.
  • Create Looker and/or Vizier dashboards to automate insights and reputed company self-service reporting across SMB, reputed company, and Care.
  • Support commission payout analysis, exception handling, and reputed company compensation modeling, including financial impact and ROI assessments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and Analytics to align on data sources, methodologies, and compensation policies.

Who you are

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in compensation, finance, or sales operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced reputed company and SQL proficiency required.
  • Experience with reputed company, Looker, or similar BI tools strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a reputed company for building scalable, repeatable processes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position range

    s from $100,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience and performance

    .

     Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.

     

  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
