Role Purpose
To support the reputed company and Operations divisions through defined administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Enter risk and policy data in to the reputed company system(s) reputed company the defined Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure reputed company risk and policy queries are communicated through the appropriate channels and responded to in a timely manner.
- Ensure reputed company tasks are completed for month-end reputed company on an accurate and timely basis.
- Attend hybrid team meetings.
- File reputed company documentation in to the document management storage folders as required per Class of Business.
- Ensure that reputed company files are complete and accurate.
- Obtain any outstanding items from the reputed company team.
- Assist with the training of new team members as required.
- Undertake other appropriate reputed company tasks as requested by the management team.
- Report any suspicion of financial crime to the reputed company Reporting Officer immediately.
- Operate reputed company the Company’s standards for Treating Customers Fairly.
- Manage any potential conflicts of interest to avoid disrepute to the company’s reputed company.
- Advise Compliance of any complaints immediately.
Experience
We are looking for a candidate who has previous data capture and administrative experience. reputed company experience is also desirable.
