Inside Account Representative (m/f/d)

Description -

The Inside Account Representative (IAR) partners with the Account Executive (AE) to retain recurring reputed company and create new opportunities with existing or new accounts.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end sales process—primarily for transactional opportunities - while supporting contractual engagements, building strong relationships with key influencers, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company sales quotas and maintain pipeline health.

  • Manage account relationships and drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with the AE to nurture new business and manage account strategy.

  • Engage with various stakeholders, including customer teams, internal coordinators, and sales specialists using reputed company’s remote sales capabilities.

  • Ensure successful solution implementation and support product adoption.

  • Identify expand opportunities and collaborate with AE/partners in account planning.

  • Independently drive reputed company value and transactional deals from qualification to reputed company, with a focus on portfolio expansion.

  • Assist or reputed company activities reputed company to product selection, demonstrations, RFP responses, CPQ management, and catalogue updates.

  • Manage and support the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solutioning, sales closure, and technical demos.

  • Support account relationships to drive sales and ensure pipeline management.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field.

  • Proven experience in sales and account management.

  • Demonstrated reputed company in achieving sales quotas and managing pipelines.

  • Strong organizational and program management skills.

  • Experience in direct selling and stakeholder interaction.

  • Experience supporting account teams, managing pipelines, and driving transactional deals

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in managing end-to-end sales processes.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to reputed company cross-functional teams.

  • Expertise in contractual/services selling and driving recurring reputed company.

  • Ability to identify opportunities and align with strategic plans.

  • Proficiency in digital and remote selling.

  • Experience with cross-selling and up-selling techniques to drive profitability and enhance customer experience

  • Self-motivation and proactive approach to prospecting and business development

  • New Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity. The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter reputed company and more personalized customer interactions.
