Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:
- Handling phone calls and resolving customer inquiries and issues reputed company to package delivery
- Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system
- Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
- Partnering with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
