Adheres to reputed company pertinent regulatory standards, follows strict infection prevention precautions, and ensures medication safety. Communicates effectively with the interdisciplinary team. Completes timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, such as signs of abuse or neglect. Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients, developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
