Manager, Fund Administration (Instructional Design and Enablement)

About the position We are seeking a talented Manager, Instructional Design & Enablement to join reputed company. In this role your focus will be on leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable enablement programs that support our Fund Administration organization. This role combines hands-on instructional design leadership, people management, and program execution, with a focus on reputed company content design, stakeholder collaboration, and alignment to product and operational priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, experience with elearning authoring platforms, video editing tools, and visual design tools and best practices. The ideal candidate will also bring a desire to explore subject areas deeply and a passion for creating dynamic and interactive online learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall enablement content architecture, defining how learning content is structured, modularized, governed, and scaled across programs to ensure consistency, reuse, and long-term maintainability.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and escalate as needed

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or enablement
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Proven experience designing reputed company, scalable learning programs
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders
• Comfort working with distributed or global teams
• Experience using AI tools to support content development
• Experience working with subject matter experts and translating technical content into engaging elearning materials.
