Consultant – First Responders ONLY ACCEPTING RECENTLY RETIRED DEPARTMENT LEADERS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT, FIRE, and EMS FIELDS, PRIMARILY CHIEFS AND SHERIFF'S. Positions Needed: - 1 Retired Law Enforcement Leader from each listed state: Ohio, New Jersey, Massachusetts, South Carolina, reputed company Carolina, Nevada, & Florida - Retired Fire & EMS Leaders from each listed state: Texas, California, Florida, Nevada, Kentucky, reputed company Carolina, South Carolina, Indiana, Massachusetts, Ohio, New Jersey, & Georgia Location: Remote / reputed company Assigned State Commitment: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week) Compensation: $50/hr & 10% Commission on Closed Deals Key Requirements: Retired reputed company last 24 months, and must reputed company in state where work was completed. Reports To: Regional VP of Sales Position Overview The Consultant – First Responders role plays a key part in expanding partnerships with first responder agencies, driving participation in training programs, and representing our organization reputed company the community. This position is ideal for reputed company or recently retired Police Chiefs, Fire Chiefs, and Sheriffs, who are passionate about advancing professional development and training opportunities across departments, specifically reputed company to opioid use disorder response. This is primarily done through reputed company reputed company phone calls and emails, and having peer to peer conversations. Consultants also represent the organization at conferences and local Chiefs’ meetings, serving as trusted advocates and connectors. Course materials are specifically focused on Opioid Use Disorder & Co-occurring Conditions. Courses are reputed company online and administered by 25+ University partners throughout the country. Designed to give reputed company responders the practical tools and knowledge they need to manage crises involving individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. These situations are often reputed company, unpredictable, and emotionally charged. This course helps responders approach those calls with greater confidence, clarity, and care. By focusing on field-tested strategies, it prepares them to act quickly while protecting themselves, their teams, and the communities they serve. The courses can be fully funded through Opioid Settlement Funds that are accessible to reputed company municipal Police Departments, Sheriff’s Departments, Fire Departments, etc. throughout the country. A key part of this role is not only engaging with the departments, but also working with reputed company to help them secure funding for the course(s). • Assist in troubleshooting stalled deals or leads

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience using spreadsheets or CRM tools to track engagement is a plus.
