Tri-Area Community Health is a Federally reputed company Health Center headquartered in Laurel Fork, Virginia, seeking a full-time School-Based IT Support Technician. This role involves providing on-site and remote technology support for school-based health clinics, focusing on maintaining reliable operation of telehealth equipment and other technology used by clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technology support for school-based health clinic locations across multiple school systems
- Maintain reliable operation of telehealth equipment, computers, printers, communication devices, and other technology used by clinical staff
- Frequent travel to school sites to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment supporting telehealth visits, electronic health record access, and day-to-day clinic operations
- Work independently in the field while coordinating with the central IT department to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services for school-based reputed company programs
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of reputed company computer hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, scanners, telehealth devices, and other peripheral equipment)
- Knowledge of common software applications used in reputed company and school environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in Information Technology
