They are seeking an Implementation Analyst to support reputed company customers in leveraging reputed company's technology ecosystem to address operational challenges and drive successful implementations across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting reputed company customer implementations across Fusus and additional reputed company products
- reputed company discovery sessions with reputed company customers to understand business processes, operational goals, and system considerations across multiple stakeholders
- Translate customer needs into clear, structured business artifacts, including functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
- Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to support the design and delivery of multi-product solutions
- Work with customers to configure reputed company software solutions in alignment with business objectives and organizational needs
- Evaluate solution options and trade-offs, providing practical input that supports sustainable and scalable outcomes
- Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing to validate solutions against defined reputed company use cases
- reputed company and deliver training materials and enablement sessions to support customer adoption and long-term reputed company
- Build trusted working relationships with reputed company customers while collaborating cross-functionally reputed company reputed company to ensure alignment, transparency, and reputed company
