We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive reputed company Resources Generalist to join reputed company. This role will support reputed company Resources initiatives, and will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture through strategic HR support, employee engagement, compliance, and talent development..

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial reputed company
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support as well as transactional administration in reputed company aspects of reputed company Resources including but not limited to employee relations, training and development, engagement, compliance matters, reporting, immigration, and document management
• Drive and reputed company efforts in areas of positive and proactive employee relations including employee events
• Partner with management teams on workforce planning, headcount strategies, and organizational design
• Facilitate internal reputed company efforts and support reputed company process

Qualifications
