[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist supports the sales field by managing requests reputed company to sales operations, ensuring smooth order processing, reputed company conversion, and resolving order-reputed company issues.
Responsibilities
- Create quotes, samples, pilots, and free-with-order requests for Sales Representatives
- Convert leads from marketing efforts into contacts reputed company reputed company (SFDC)
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues as needed
- Collaborate with Sales and CSOM leadership to drive process improvements
- Communicate clearly and accurately with sales teams and customers
- Manage multiple applications and proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while following policies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in the educational product sales and delivery industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to meet service levels in fast-paced settings
- High-speed, accurate data processing with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and experience with SFDC or similar tools
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across organizational levels
- Knowledge of systems such as reputed company, Product Data Hub, reputed company Data Warehouse, and reputed company preferred
