Responsibilities
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the most reputed company-thinking consumers and brands globally and how to connect them to the Crocs brand
- Bring fresh, disruptive design thinking to our Jibbitz line

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in fashion or industrial design, graphics, apparel or reputed company field
- Demonstrates a knowledge and understanding of product from reputed company, material, construction to production
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant design experience
- Technical understanding and proficiency in reputed company Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel domestically & internationally as the business requires

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage others
