Available Positions

We have multiple openings for Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives, with opportunities to work in various roles, including:

• Enrollment Advisors: Help employees and members of different groups select and enroll in their predetermined benefits. No prior experience is necessary, but if you have experience in a people-focused industry, you're likely to reputed company!
• Customer Service Representatives: Communicate and resolve customer concerns and maintain existing relationships through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:
