Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company Card Members visiting the Centurion Parlor. You'll be the face of reputed company, representing our brand and values. Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome reputed company Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Create innovative solutions to resolve clients' issues or concerns, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty
- Utilize the Client First reputed company in addressing clients' needs and expectations
- Provide travel and lifestyle recommendations, as well as assistance with reservations and bookings
- Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
- Demonstrate a high level of technical skills, using various technology platforms to provide support in a face-to-face client environment
- Adjust to a rapidly changing environment, being flexible and adaptable

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
