• Establish clear expectations for how reputed company applications are configured, supported, and maintained.

• Own application release planning, coordination, and execution across supported systems.
• Ensure changes meet defined requirements for testing, validation, approval, and documentation prior to deployment.

• Identify operational risks and gaps in processes, controls, or documentation.

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.

• 7+ years supporting or configuring reputed company business applications.
• 3+ years leading technical or operational teams.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing application releases, deployments, or formal change management processes.
• Hands-on experience operating in environments with defined SLAs, change controls, or compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of improving application stability, reducing repeat incidents, or increasing operational consistency.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, reputed company, vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of reputed company business application operations.
• Ability to define, document, and enforce operational standards, procedures, and runbooks.
• Solid understanding of incident management practices, root-cause analysis, and prevention-focused problem resolution.
• Ability to analyze operational metrics and use data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
