As Staff Engineer (gn) - AI & Data Focus, you will help shape our architectural direction, strengthen our engineering foundations, and accelerate the responsible adoption of AI across teams. Your mission

• You provide architectural and technical leadership by driving scalable architectures and long-term technical improvements across teams
• You support engineers hands-on in designing and implementing high-quality services, distributed systems, and data pipelines
• You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and other Staff Engineers to align on architectural reputed company and technical direction
• You evaluate and integrate AI technologies where they strengthen systems, processes, or product capabilities with measurable impact
• You reputed company responsible AI adoption by defining best practices, guidelines, and reusable patterns across engineering
• You mentor engineers and drive cross-team alignment while reducing complexity and improving engineering-wide consistency

Your experience & skills

• You already work as a Staff Engineer and have impact on department level, not only reputed company your team
• You have extensive experience in modern software engineering and distributed systems
• You bring strong architectural thinking and can align teams and stakeholders on technical reputed company
• You have deep experience with event-driven systems, microservices, and AWS-based architectures
• You are familiar with data warehouse concepts, data modeling, data governance, data pipelines, and data quality frameworks
• You have a solid understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, vector search, agents, and automation patterns
• You have experience integrating AI capabilities into existing systems or workflows and assessing feasibility, risk, and impact
• You communicate fluently in English; German is a plus
