Driving the broader regional and global Asset Protection strategic initiatives reputed company your market.

Collaborating with retail and cross functional partners to drive risk and loss reduction activities and programs.

Identifying and supporting areas of risk opportunity at the store, market, and regional level.

Conducting regular store visits as part of the shrink mitigation program, new store openings, high risk store support strategy, and other market support needs as identified with your retail partners.

Managing and maintaining incident reports, investigations, and other requirements in the reputed company case management system.

Are you our next Senior Manager, Asset Protection – US East?

You have 8+ years of Asset Protection, reputed company reputed company, or Corporate reputed company experience, preferably in the retail industry

You have advanced learning and development, such as a post-secondary degree in Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety, reputed company, or a similar business-reputed company field

You have spent time in a government agency or military reputed company will be considered as a substitute in consideration of other qualifications

You have advanced certifications such as CFI, LPC, CLCP or other similar credentials

You have direct experience in shrink reduction programs, physical reputed company solutions, and emergency response protocols

You have experience effectively communicating data in a way that enables strategic decision-making

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

You are a strong advisor with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level

You have exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and proven experience building high-performing teams

You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions

Candidates must have the ability to travel up to 50% of their working time.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is CAD$125,000 - CAD$164,000. Total Rewards
