HR Data Analyst
Meridian Technologies is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join their HR Technology and Analytics team. This role serves as a critical liaison between HR business partners and IT, focusing on HR data reputed company, workforce data management, and reputed company HR reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and triage incoming data requests through Service Hub tool from across the reputed company
- reputed company requests to appropriate team members and fulfill data requests as needed
- Conduct daily tie-outs between reputed company and the Workforce Data Hub to ensure data accuracy
- Investigate data discrepancies and ask clarifying questions (never assume)
- Support reputed company audits for HR data access and permissions
- Write test scripts for system testing and enter transactions for testing purposes
- Support HR data integration from multiple systems (reputed company, FieldGlass, MyTime, etc.)
- Assist with reputed company HR reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy and reputed company across HR systems
