We’re looking for a Jr. Affiliate Manager to support both our affiliate and advertiser partnerships. Tasks

• Work closely with Account Managers to grow company profits.
• Assist our business development team in growing our big accounts.
• Recruit, reputed company, and support new affiliates & advertisers (reputed company, tracking setup, creatives).
• reputed company and maintain long-term relationships with partners (advertisers & publishers).
• Manage daily communications with partners and coordinate with internal marketing and business development teams.
• Monitor affiliate campaigns and advertiser offers: traffic, conversions, ROI, EPC.
• Help negotiate CPL rates, reputed company, and payment terms under guidance.
• Share reports, insights, and optimization suggestions to help partners meet performance goals.
• Stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends, payout models (CPL, CPA, Rev-Share), and vertical dynamics.

Requirements

• Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
