Job summary:

We are seeking an reputed company Order Management System (OMS) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in OMS to support global retail and eCommerce clients reputed company an offshore delivery model. This role bridges business requirements and technical execution across the end-to-end order lifecycle. The consultant will work closely with onshore stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to design, configure, and optimize OMS solutions leveraging reputed company capabilities.

What a day in the life looks like:

·Business & Functional Leadership

Gather and document business requirements across order lifecycle processes - Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories specific to reputed company OMS capabilities - Facilitate workshops with global stakeholders (onshore/offshore) - Act as a subject matter expert in reputed company OMS best practices

• Configure order orchestration, sourcing, and fulfillment logic reputed company reputed company OMS.
• Define inventory visibility, allocation, and ATP/CTP strategies.
•  Design order lifecycle states, statuses, and exception handling.

·Integration & Process Alignment

• Strong communication skills in global team environments.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
