Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate the end-to-end logistics process for solar equipment and materials.
  • Track shipments, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely transportation of solar components.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to prevent delays or shortages.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Utilize Excel to track logistics performance, shipment timelines, and supply chain metrics.
  • Generate reports on delivery status, inventory updates, and operational performance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance workflow.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of solar installation projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and third-party vendors to maintain smooth operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
