Role Overview

We’re hiring a Media Buyer / Account Manager with proven home-services lead-gen experience. You’ll own campaign performance, communicate clearly with clients, and turn data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and scale campaigns (Google Ads and Meta required; other networks a plus)
  • Build and launch new campaigns from scratch
  • Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues
  • Analyze performance and provide next-step testing ideas
  • Prepare client-facing reports and written explanations of results
  • Advise on strategy to improve CPL/CPA and lead quality

Requirements

  • 3+ years of media buying experience
  • Must have: home-services lead-generation experience (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, renovations, windows, lawn care, pest control, etc.)
  • Strong skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting
  • Excellent English writing, spelling, and grammar (native not required if writing reads native-level)
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, accountable, comfortable in lean teams

Location & Work Hours

  • Fully remote; no location or time-zone restrictions
  • Flexible schedule; outcomes over hours

Compensation

  • Target: up to $4,000/month
  • Flexible for an exceptional candidate

Interview Process

Interview with recruiting team (video shared with client) Technical interview with client Paid sample project ($500 for :48 hours)
