Teletherapy School Psychologist in TX

A remote telehealth role is available for a licensed School Psychologist supporting students in a school setting. This 1099 contract position offers the opportunity to deliver psychological services from a virtual environment, providing assessments, consultations, and interventions to address students academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments remotely
• Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Providing telehealth counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Maintaining thorough documentation and complying with ethical and legal standards
• Offering guidance on behavioral strategies and school-wide support through virtual platforms

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Texas
• Experience delivering telehealth psychological services within educational settings
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication skills tailored to virtual interactions with students, families, and school personnel
• Ability to manage schedules independently and maintain reliable internet connectivity for telehealth sessions

This opportunity is based in Burleson, TX, however, all services will be provided remotely.
