As a Service Desk Chat Agent, your role is to provide exceptional customer service to users seeking technical assistance through live chat. You'll be the initial point of contact, handling incoming chat inquiries, documenting essential information, and using your expertise and knowledge base tools to promptly resolve issues. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quick and effective problem-solving solutions. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a good grasp of technical concepts are crucial. - Rate: $35 per hour
