To maintain continuity of operations, team members should reside within one hour of Woodland Prime, Menomonee Falls, WI campus, to allow for onsite reporting if remote connectivity is disrupted FTE: 0.500000 Standard Hours: 20.00 Shift: Shift 3 Shift Details:Every other week. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs & Fri from 0000-0800. Holidays as assigned. Job Summary: Responsible for triaging incoming calls to the Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin (F&MCW) After Hours Answering Service from patients, caregivers, or other health care providers. Triage RN assesses the patient's needs and provides appropriate clinical options through the guidance of the triage protocols which may include education regarding immediate care advice and preventative behavior. Patient calls to the After Hours Answering Service are documented using a telephone encounter in Epic, the electronic medical record. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of five years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care is required.Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
