Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be the face of our company, providing product information, answering questions, and resolving issues with a smile. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have a passion for customer service, and are eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing product information and answering questions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide legendary service

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
