Superintendent
Position Summary The Superintendent is responsible for managing day-to-day field operations on construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to established quality standards. This role plays a critical part in coordinating subcontractors, overseeing site logistics, and supporting overall project execution while working closely with the Lead Superintendent and project management team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence Coordinate subcontractors, trade sequencing, and site logistics Track progress and maintain alignment with project timelines Enforce safety and QA/QC standards Lead field coordination meetings and communicate with project teams Identify and help resolve field issues Maintain site documentation and reporting Support overall field execution in partnership with the Lead Superintendent and Project Managers Qualifications 7–12+ years of construction field experience Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or large-scale projects Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination Experience with data center or mission-critical environments preferred Ability to manage subcontractors and drive field productivity Strong communication and problem-solving skills Apply To This Job
