Senior Director AI/ML Innovation Strategy

What success looks like in this role: As the leader of the Innovation Strategy team in the Global Innovation Office, you will accelerate cross-company innovation by identifying, shaping and advancing high-impact use cases that leverage shared capabilities across business units. Partner with business stakeholders to define and prioritize opportunities, validate business value and progress prototypes to realization Manage the use case pipeline from inception through business handoff Showcase GIO innovations within Unisys and to strategic clients Translate progress and outcomes into an innovation story that strengthens executive communications, marketing messaging, and responses to analyst requests You will be successful in this role if you have: Relevant University degree and 15+ years’ experience in innovation, strategy, product and/or program leadership Advanced degree, desirable Leadership experience at the intersection of technology and business Experience with innovation pipeline lifecycle management Experience with business case development and value realization Program leadership across multiple workstreams and stakeholders Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across multiple business units and stakeholder groups Excellent communication, leadership and influencing skills, including ability to communicate complex topics to an audience focused on getting solutions to their business problems. Experience with the application of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to business problems Track record of successful delivery of outcomes This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
