Lease Consultant (Telecommunications Real Estate)

We are seeking a sophisticated and detail-oriented Lease Consultant (LC) to drive high-level real estate negotiations and transaction management. This isn't just about administrative follow-up; it’s about acting as a strategic dealmaker and pipeline partner to maximize the company's portfolio growth and financial impact. salary: $57,000 - $59,999.99 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Deal Origination & Closing: Meet monthly and quarterly land/lease acquisitions, extensions, and rent mitigation quotas while maintaining a high closing ratio.
  • Pipeline & Reporting: Manage transaction pipelines and provide senior management with regular closing forecasts, negotiation updates, and metric reporting.
  • Data & CRM Management: Regularly utilize and update company databases and property tools, including Salesforce and DataTree.
  • Client Presentation: Prepare and deliver professional written, verbal, and video presentations to site owners.
  • Due Diligence & Contracts: Review lease, deed, and easement language, resolve due diligence issues, and manage the end-to-end document execution process via DocuSign.
  • Lead Generation: Participate in strategic marketing initiatives, including cold calling, mass mailings, and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills developed in a high-volume transactional environment.
  • Ability to operate and analyze outputs from basic Excel/financial models.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience reviewing real estate due diligence materials, title, or lease/deed language.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), real estate data tools (DataTree), and MS Teams.
