PRN Respiratory Therapist/Registered Nurse
Job Description:
- Assist with telemedicine and in-home CPAP and BiPAP setups with patients and their families
- Start with one 8 hour shift per week utilizing telehealth and in-home services
- Potential transition into a 3 12 hour full-time position depending on the territory's necessity
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- Provide exceptional care to patients and work with family members to ensure comfort and respect for the patient
- Demonstrates a professional attitude at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional image and demonstrate self-directed learning to meet professional development and/or license requirements.
Requirements:
- Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse
- 1+ years’ experience in home health experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to navigate multiple browser windows and screens
- Demonstrates knowledge of Respiratory Care Field and ability to act as a resource for peers and non-clinical staff
- Must be highly organized and demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
- Must be willing to work remotely via telehealth, in office, or in home environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral also required.
