Financial Advisor (Dallas)
Spectrum Financial Group is seeking early-career professionals for the role of Financial Advisor. This position offers structured support and leads to help individuals improve their financial well-being while building their own book of business.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities)
- Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions
- Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
- Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals
Skills
- No large network required
- Own your Book of Business
