Beacon Hill is a financial services firm seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Bethesda, Maryland. The role involves maintaining candidate data, coordinating interview scheduling, and supporting the new hire process among other HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain candidate data and reporting in the ATS, including weekly status updates
  • Update offer letter templates and administer background checks
  • Support new hire process (offer packages, announcements, onboarding, orientations)
  • Maintain job descriptions and assist with assessment coordination
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate travel, and follow-up communications
  • Support internship program coordination and university outreach
  • Process invoices (expenses, testing, job boards)
  • Assist HR team with employee files, documentation, reporting, and HR programs
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with additional HR projects

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ year of professional office experience with HR/recruiting exposure
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS preferred
