As a Business Development Representative, you will generate leads, drive new qualified pipeline opportunities, and support territory Account Managers in acquiring new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and drive qualified pipeline opportunities for territory Account Managers
  • Execute cold outreach via Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Support marketing campaigns by engaging prospects and driving performance
  • Book qualified meetings and maintain consistent outreach activity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Manage sequences and day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales or customer service
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and resilient
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset and collaborative approach
