Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support and driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and continually develop assigned territory through outbound activities, primarily focused on calls and emails
  • Processes customer orders, makes sales calls, and works to establish relationships with customers
  • Works with different departments to successfully process, deliver, and invoice orders
  • Develop and execute account development plans for all new or returning customers
  • Prioritizes concurrent customers' demands, request for internal assistance, and other assigned projects as needed and provides satisfactory service to all
  • Continuously looks for ways to improve systems as well as continuing to learn and advance their own knowledge
  • Tasks must be completed with speed and accuracy
  • All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice

Skills

  • 1-3 years of sales or related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, competitive, goal-oriented, driven with a passion to excel
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, sales and marketing, economics, or related fields
  • Experience in the Metal industry is preferred
  • SAP Experience is a plus
