Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support and driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and continually develop assigned territory through outbound activities, primarily focused on calls and emails
- Processes customer orders, makes sales calls, and works to establish relationships with customers
- Works with different departments to successfully process, deliver, and invoice orders
- Develop and execute account development plans for all new or returning customers
- Prioritizes concurrent customers' demands, request for internal assistance, and other assigned projects as needed and provides satisfactory service to all
- Continuously looks for ways to improve systems as well as continuing to learn and advance their own knowledge
- Tasks must be completed with speed and accuracy
- All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
Skills
- 1-3 years of sales or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Positive attitude, competitive, goal-oriented, driven with a passion to excel
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, sales and marketing, economics, or related fields
- Experience in the Metal industry is preferred
- SAP Experience is a plus
