As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

• Assist customers with issues and concerns related to Medicaid services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced Medicaid services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
