As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. • Answer incoming calls from customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
• Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
• Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide expert advice to customers
• Meet or exceed performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
• *Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
• Ability to work from home and be self-sufficient, with high-speed internet connectivity and a secure service via ethernet cable
• Must be able to commute to the office in Charleston, WV when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience working remotely in a call center setting

• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
• Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals

• *Pay Range**

• The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $25.15

• This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
