Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end campaign ownership: Build, execute, and optimize highly personalized email flows for critical customer segments, collaborating closely with Customer Experience, Data Science, and Product teams.
  • Data‑driven impact analysis: Leverage arenaflex’s advanced in‑house measurement platform to assess the contribution of each touchpoint and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross‑functional partnership: Work hand‑in‑hand with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing Technology, Creative, and Design teams to craft compelling email content and seamless user experiences.
  • Root‑cause diagnostics: Conduct deep‑dive analyses of campaign performance, identify underlying drivers, and develop actionable recommendations for rapid improvement.
  • Continuous optimization: Iterate on email copy, segmentation, timing, and design based on data insights, A/B testing results, and emerging best practices.
  • Strategic reporting: Produce clear, concise, and data‑rich presentations for senior leadership, translating complex findings into business‑focused narratives.
  • Innovation champion: Propose new experiment ideas, test novel triggers, and explore untapped opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the shopper experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Finance, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in marketing, consulting, start‑up/tech, finance, or operations roles that required rigorous data analysis.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools, especially advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel functions (pivot tables, array formulas, macros).
  • Working knowledge of SQL (or willingness to quickly become proficient) for extracting and manipulating data sets.
