Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a highly motivated Part‑Time Data Entry Analyst to join our Channel Development / Global Accounting team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our accounting operations, ensuring that financial data is captured accurately, processed efficiently, and reported with precision. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Integrity Initiatives: Own the end‑to‑end data entry workflow, guaranteeing that all financial transactions are recorded with zero errors and in compliance with internal controls.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with finance, operations, and technology teams to implement accounting solutions that enable rapid scaling of new business projects.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, with a focus on data entry, reconciliation, or financial analysis.
• Proven track record of leading accounting projects for large, multinational corporations.
• Hands‑on experience with BlackLine (accounts, reconciliation, and journal modules) or similar financial automation tools.
• CPA certification or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
