Secondary (Good to Have) ✔️Experience working with retail pharmacy dispensing, delivery networks, or front-store retail logistics systems. ✔️Background in Product Strategy, Product Marketing, or Management Consulting within an enterprise IT environment. ✔️Cross-functional leadership skills to manage and align diverse stakeholders across complex modernization programs. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an elite Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to drive platform positioning and executive storytelling for a large-scale enterprise modernization initiative. Operating in a 100% remote capacity, you will act as the vital bridge between complex engineering teams and senior leadership. The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) combined with the strategic communication prowess to translate technical platform capabilities into compelling business value narratives. You will directly influence enterprise transformation visibility by defining impact metrics across pharmacy dispensing, order fulfillment, and delivery ecosystems. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️Platform Value Storytelling: Translate highly technical engineering and cloud platform metrics into clear, insight-driven business narratives and polished, executive-ready presentations for C-suite stakeholders. ✔️KPI Definition & Measurement: Establish and monitor rigorous frameworks to link technical outputs to tangible business outcomes, tracking operational throughput, efficiency gains, and cost optimization. ✔️Techno-Functional Liaison: Partner closely with product and engineering teams to understand intricate system workflows, dependencies, and integrations, positioning these modernization efforts effectively to non-technical business leaders. ✔️Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate alignment across diverse, cross-functional programs—including Order Fulfillment, Pharmacy Dispensing, and FrontStore delivery business units. ✔️Drive Platform Visibility: Build and maintain a consistent strategic roadmap messaging strategy that elevates the internal visibility of the platform team's contributions toward overarching corporate goals.
