Position Overview – Remote Operations Support Analyst

arenaflex is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Operations Support Analyst to join our dynamic Remote Operations team. You will work remotely from Texas, supporting two critical business groups – Ground Operations and Sales Enablement – while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, improve customer experiences, and contribute to arenaflex’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ground Operations Support
    • Analyze inbound and outbound data related to baggage handling, flight turn‑around times, and incident reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
    • Develop clear, data‑driven recommendations that articulate the root cause of operational issues and propose actionable solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness.
    • Lead occasional internal audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
    • Transform raw data sets into meaningful visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel functions.
    • Support project teams by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and tracking deliverables against project timelines.
  • Sales Enablement Support
    • Assist the Sales Enablement team with data analysis, CRM administration, and dashboard creation to monitor sales performance and pipeline health.
    • Draft and distribute internal communications, ensuring alignment between the Sales Enablement group and other business units.
    • Provide first‑line customer service for internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries via the CRM platform and escalating complex issues as needed.
    • Contribute to onboarding initiatives by preparing training materials, conducting virtual walkthroughs, and supporting new‑hire integration.
    • Participate in ad‑hoc sales campaigns, promotional events, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by managers, including cross‑team collaboration on special projects, data‑quality initiatives, and continuous‑improvement programs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
