Position Overview – Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of our critical data assets. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that customer, billing, order, and inventory information is captured accurately, processed efficiently, and maintained securely. You will work closely with the Billing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to support seamless data flow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Capture: Enter, verify, and update customer and transaction data using arenaflex’s proprietary data‑entry platforms, ensuring 99.9% accuracy.
  • Billing Data Analysis: Review billing records, reconcile discrepancies, and support the generation of precise invoices and statements for both residential and enterprise clients.
  • Order Processing: Process incoming sales orders, validate product codes, and coordinate with logistics to guarantee timely fulfillment.
  • Inventory Coordination: Maintain up‑to‑date inventory databases, track stock movements, and generate reports that aid supply‑chain optimization.
