Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the accuracy of employee data by overseeing employee structures, processes, and system configurations within Workday.
  • Serve as the first‑line contact for all HR‑related inquiries, providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to a diverse, global employee base.
  • Collaborate with regional and local HR teams to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues related to employee data, benefits, payroll, and talent management.
  • Research, recommend, and pilot new tools and automation opportunities that streamline HR workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality.
  • Develop, curate, and continuously improve the HR knowledge base, ensuring that self‑service resources are clear, up‑to‑date, and easily searchable.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise with Workday HCM, including configuration, data loads, and reporting.
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday Mass Uploads (EIB) and data integration tools.
  • Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Advanced analytical abilities, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) and data visualization concepts.
  • Passion for technology and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non‑technical audiences.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills, employing sound judgment and structured methodologies to resolve complex issues.
