Key Responsibilities

Student & Parent Engagement

  • Warmly greet students and parents both in‑person and via phone or video, establishing trust and rapport from the first interaction.
  • Listen actively to inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing clear, empathetic responses that reflect arenaflex’s commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain detailed notes on each family’s goals, preferences, and progress to personalize future communications.

Sales & Enrollment Outreach

  • Conduct proactive outreach through phone calls, emails, and text messages to prospective families, guiding them through program options and benefits.
  • Lead engaging program consultations, answer questions about curriculum, pricing, and scheduling, and convert interested prospects into enrolled students.
  • Track leads, follow up diligently, and manage the enrollment pipeline using arenaflex’s CRM tools.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain spreadsheets that capture sales metrics, attendance records, and inventory of learning materials.
  • Assist with student assessments, grading, and the preparation of progress reports for parent review.
  • Support center staff with routine administrative tasks such as filing, inventory checks, and coordinating classroom supplies.
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the learning environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for all visitors.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Write compelling blog posts, social‑media updates, and website copy that highlight success stories, upcoming events, and educational tips.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule posts, monitor engagement analytics, and suggest improvements based on audience response.
  • Help maintain arenaflex’s online reputation by responding to reviews and encouraging satisfied families to share their experiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, education, or a related field.
  • Math Proficiency: Strong foundational math skills through Algebra, enabling you to confidently discuss curriculum details with families.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a professional office setting, demonstrating the ability to handle high‑volume inquiries with poise.
  • Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to assess situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions quickly.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and basic data entry.
  • Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Availability: Able to work 1 PM – 7 PM Monday through Friday and Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM, aligning with the center’s operating hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience tutoring or teaching mathematics to K‑12 students, either in‑person or virtually.
  • Familiarity with educational technology tools such as learning management systems, virtual whiteboards, or assessment platforms.
  • Previous involvement in sales or enrollment counseling within an educational or service‑based organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to write engaging digital content, including blog articles and social media posts.
  • Certification in customer service excellence or related professional development programs.
