Position Overview

The Remote Data Entry Operator role is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s data ecosystem. In this position, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and organizing high‑volume data from a variety of sources, ensuring that the information feeding our analytics, fulfillment, and customer service teams is pristine, reliable, and instantly accessible.   • Data Verification & Quality Assurance: Conduct systematic quality checks, cross‑reference entries against source material, and flag inconsistencies for immediate correction.
  • Data Organization & Classification: Apply standardized naming conventions, tagging protocols, and folder structures to ensure data is searchable and ready for downstream analysis.
  • Documentation & Audit Trail Maintenance: Keep detailed logs of daily activities, including timestamps, source references, and any corrective actions taken, to support internal audits and compliance requirements.
  • Collaboration with Cross‑Functional Teams: Partner with operations, logistics, finance, and customer experience teams to understand data needs, share insights, and support special projects.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify data gaps, duplicate records, or formatting errors, and work proactively with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Adherence to Security & Governance Policies: Follow arenaflex’s data security standards, confidentiality agreements, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) at all times.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a data entry, data processing, or similar administrative role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation), and familiarity with data entry platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or custom arenaflex tools.
