Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our growing data platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining event-driven data pipelines on AWS that power critical business functions and personalization features across our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Build Event-Driven Data Pipelines: Architect, develop, and maintain production-grade event-driven data pipelines on AWS using services like Amazon EventBridge, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and AWS Glue.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to understand business needs, define data requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement Data Quality and Monitoring: Build and enforce data quality checks, validation rules, and observability dashboards to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of all data flowing through our systems.
• Optimize for Performance and Cost: Continuously profile, benchmark, and optimize data pipelines for both runtime performance and cloud cost efficiency, ensuring maximum value from our AWS investment.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies, serverless innovations, and data engineering best practices, and advocate for their adoption where they provide clear business value.

Minimum Qualifications
