Role Overview

This position sits within the Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners—including contact‑center managers, product owners, and technology engineers—to deliver forecasting models, performance dashboards, and deep‑dive analyses that directly influence operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Performance Analytics & Forecasting

• Develop and maintain robust forecasting models to predict contact‑center volume, staffing needs, and service‑level performance.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses that uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Design compelling visualizations (dashboards, charts, and storyboards) that translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and partner teams, tailoring the narrative to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required Qualifications & Skills
