This position operates within a call‑center environment, handling a variety of insurance‑related tasks for personal lines policies. You will process endorsements, manage documentation, coordinate with carriers, and provide sales support—all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role is fully remote, offering flexible scheduling between 7 am and 7 pm (with occasional extended hours as business needs dictate).

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from individual policyholders, providing timely, accurate information about their insurance coverage.
  • Process endorsement requests for personal lines policies, securing pricing from carriers when necessary.
  • Maintain and update account documentation, ensuring all required forms are sent to insured parties and received by carriers.
  • Track endorsement and request statuses using arenaflex’s agency interface system, guaranteeing that revenue is recorded accurately at month‑end.
  • Supply underwriters with additional information or clarification as requested, facilitating smooth policy amendments.
  • Issue certificates of insurance and property evidence forms to clients or their representatives upon request.
  • Process lost‑policy release forms, coordinate correspondence between insureds and carriers, and close out policy gaps.
  • Provide sales support by rating policies, entering policy data into the database, and assisting agents with quoting activities.

Essential Qualifications
