Key Responsibilities

Entry‑Level (Professional 1)

  • Develop foundational proficiency in arenaflex’s Revenue Management Systems, including demand forecasting, elasticity modeling, and marginal revenue analysis.
  • Assist senior analysts in designing and implementing pricing strategies that balance capacity, competition, and market demand.
  • Enter, cleanse, and validate large data sets using Excel, SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau, ensuring data integrity for downstream analysis.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports and visual dashboards that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal stakeholders.
  • Support the team in monitoring real‑time market trends and adjusting inventory allocations as needed.

Intermediate‑Level (Professional 2)

  • Leverage a solid understanding of revenue management concepts to conduct market‑condition analyses, including overbooking ratios and historical no‑show patterns.
  • Extract actionable insights from complex data sources, translating them into recommendations that drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and reporting tools.

Senior‑Level (Professional 3)

  • Serve as a subject‑matter expert on market dynamics, developing innovative solutions to ambiguous revenue challenges.
  • Own the end‑to‑end process of meeting or exceeding unit revenue targets and KPI benchmarks.
  • Lead system‑wide improvements, driving automation and efficiency in data handling and forecasting workflows.
  • Make high‑stakes decisions on inventory strategy, influencing pricing, capacity, and route planning across the airline.
  • Represent arenaflex’s Revenue Management function in executive forums, championing data‑driven decision making across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Entry‑Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Engineering, or a related field – or 2 years of relevant analytics experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Intermediate‑Level: Minimum 2 years of analytical experience in revenue management or a comparable discipline, plus a Bachelor’s degree as above.
  • Senior‑Level: At least 4 years of proven analytics experience in revenue management, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to extract, interpret, and present large data sets in a clear, concise manner.
