Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Data Platform (CDP) Product Leader to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of arenaflex’s Real‑Time CDP built on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This remote, full‑time role based in Montana will be the technical champion for the platform, guiding its design, configuration, and ongoing optimization while translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for cross‑functional teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and the Adobe support ecosystem to ensure the platform drives actionable insights, supports robust segmentation, and fuels personalized customer experiences across all arenaflex channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership: Manage and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform Real‑Time CDP to meet evolving business requirements, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and performance.
  • Configuration & Development: Lead new feature development, platform configuration, and continuous enhancements, collaborating with engineering, data science, and marketing teams.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical advice to internal agencies on segment building, data ingestion, identity resolution, and real‑time activation.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, implement workarounds, and drive root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, security, product, and marketing teams to align platform capabilities with strategic initiatives and compliance mandates.
  • Best‑Practice Advocacy: Stay current with industry trends, Adobe roadmap updates, and data governance best practices; disseminate knowledge throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Need to Succeed)

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with technical data management, marketing technology, or related fields.
