Key Responsibilities

  • Create, format, and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring formulas, totals, and references are accurate.
  • Perform routine updates and batch uploads to keep the database current and reflective of the latest client interactions.
  • Execute regular data backups and coordinate with IT to guarantee data preservation and disaster‑recovery readiness.
  • Retrieve and compile data extracts on demand for internal teams, auditors, and client requests.

Essential Qualifications
